How to: Homemade Pan Mee Noodles

I wonder if they would spell my name correctly if I were to say "my name is Eleanie Tan"?
If you don't get what I mean, you should see my previous posts.

In the mean time, want to learn how to make a Malaysian noodle dish?

How to: Homemade Pan Mee Noodles

Ingredients (enough for 2):
  • Plain Flour (100grams)
  • Corn Flour (small handful)
  • Salt & Pepper (suit yourself)
  • Water (1 tbsp)
  • Egg (1)

You will need:
  1. Rolling Pin
  2. Extra flour to prevent dough from sticking
  3. A place to dry your flatten dough

How to make Pan Mee Noodles

Have fun playing with dough like I did!

Leave the flat dough to dry for 15mins. Fold the flatten dough to a tube shape and slice it as you like. Otherwise don't fold because some people like it teared :) It's called "nie" in Mandarin.

I googled a picture of the noodle with soup.
I did not make the whole meal because I did not have enough soup ingredient.
:) There are a few ways to cook your noodles!

Adelaide Sunday Mail

Adelaide's Sunday Mail

Me, Curtis and Tim in Sunday Mail
People here can't spell.
Most can't tell the difference between 'Your', 'You're' and
'There', 'Their', They're.

When they asks for my name,
they'd expect me to say something like "Ching chuung tei",
but instead I say "Elaine" and spells it out for them...
I must have been saying "Ken euu sipella?"
My name is now Eleanie Tan.

Beached As!

ROFL!
Stella Artois coasters are great headphones!
The room was so crowded I had to find my own spot to dance.
Between the drum sets and the window.
Me DJ-ing the drums

Adelaide is unique.
Throughout these few years in Adelaide, a girl would dress up,
go to pubs/clubs, and then go home...normal yea?

Today however, I was not dressed to go clubs so wore my new Beached As baby-T and had atleast 6 guys and girls walk up to me saying...

Human 1: "D'you want a chup brou?"
Me: Can't chuuu brou! Got 'ne Pleenkt'n?

Human 2: Beaached aess!!
Me: LoL~

Human 3: Aww shiut! You're Beeeached aess!
Me: Tell me s'thing I doun't knuw!
Hahaha~

The others just said "Awesome shirt!!"

I didn't know what to dress as...
but I really wanted to make use of my cape I bought from ebay,
so that's my overall mix of costumes I've collected.

Does anyone have any suggestions on what I can dress as next?
Let me know~ I am keen to collect more costumes :)
In the mean time, I'm getting ready for another party tonight.
Still have not idea what I will be~
